“A Disarmingly Charming Performer”
Jamie has been a Chicago actor for over 20 years. He has performed for many theatre companies including National Theatre for Children, MPAACT and Habakkuk Theatre. For the last several years, he’s been a solo performance artist touring nationally and internationally with his award-winning, critically-acclaimed solo show It’s My Penis and I’ll Cry If I Want To. He won National Artist of the Year in 2016 at the St. Lou Fringe Festival. In 2017 he won an Individual Artist Award from the City of Chicago. He was trained at Players Workshop and the famed Second City. He is currently an instructor at Actors Training Center in Wilmette. His television credits include The Chelsea Handler Show, Conspiracy: Martin Luther King, Jr, and Boss. He also does a podcast with his friend Angela DeMarco called Icky Lousy Junky Life Showdown.
